A kiln, a glass plant, a mill stand, a geothermal pump or a heat-treatment furnace that still earns its keep deserves a supplier who can read a worn part, choose the alloy and prove the casting. That has been our trade for 48 years of foundry work: brakes for Mitsubishi Motors Philippines from 1974 to 2023, mold castings for San Miguel Yamamura since 1986, heat-treatment fixtures for the Toyota Aisin, Isuzu and Mitsubishi transmission plants, grate plates for CEMEX, machine-tool castings for Mazak and Citizen.

Every heat is analyzed on our optical emission spectrometer before it is poured. The certificate that travels with your casting carries that heat number.
Partners
The Metals Industry Research and Development Center of the Department of Science and Technology: 3D scanning, 3D-printed patterns, coordinate measurement, mechanical testing, machining and a large CNC router. We bring the sample; they bring the instruments.
Tensile tests and non-destructive testing by accredited third-party laboratories, reported with your mill certificate.
Solution anneals above the 960 °C our own ovens reach, specialist coatings and large machining go to partners we have worked with before, under our quality plan.
People
Most of our leaders started on the floor or in the machine shop. Val Araos, our General Manager, has been here 40 years and began while still in high school. Dennis Jaranilla runs quality assurance, Remar Gernale runs production planning, and Robert Fansler, our president, is the second generation of the family that has owned the foundry since the Wilson years. Our consultants John Dakan and Tom Cobett, American foundrymen both, keep us honest on metallurgy and sand.
